Educational goal: to develop self-leadership

College education emphasizes the education of practicing attitudes and values in life, and teaches the management of mentality, the handling of feelings, and the management of life when dealing with others, that is, the self-discipline behavior and self-leadership learning in the process of dealing with others. Chinese culture focuses on the cultivation of quality, and Chung Hwa College is based on the principle of character education of Chinese culture and the "Seven Habits of Effective People" as the method to educate students on personal "self-leadership". I hope that students will learn how to be a moral person and how to be a person who successfully leads themselves.
